This Project is supported by the German Embassy in Kenya and aims at influencing policy and practice changes so as to promote the protection of sexual and reproductive health rights of underserved women, intersex, transgender and other gender minorities. Through this project we; provide legal aid services to the target group, hold capacity building and legal empowerment workshops for community members and various duty bearers, economically empower the target group by registering their businesses and self-help groups, conduct advocacy through social and mainstream media and have conducted a baseline survey on normalization practices performed on intersex persons in Kenya.

Project Inua Waresh na Waless is a transformative initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable women and gender minorities in accessing vital business information and resources to enhance their economic independence. By providing free access to a comprehensive website, the project aims to empower these marginalized individuals by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to establish and sustain successful self-help groups, navigate taxation and licensing processes, secure funding opportunities, and access valuable business-related information.
